Expertise throughout the entire process

From design and manufacturing to qualification, we offer a full range of modern toolmaking services under one roof. With technical expertise, precise processes, and years of experience, we create solutions for demanding production projects.

Construction (CAD/CAM)

Precise design is the foundation of high-performance injection molds. Using your part data and state-of-the-art CAD technology, we develop well-thought-out, production-ready mold concepts. From the development phase onward, we take into account material behavior, demolding, cooling, and future production requirements. Thanks to the direct integration with our CAM programming, we achieve efficient processes, short lead times, and precise, durable molds for modern mold making.

Deep hole drilling

Precise mold temperature control is critical for process stability and cycle time in mass production. With our deep-hole drilling center, we create precise cooling channels and temperature control systems—even for large molds.

The combination of drilling and milling in a single setup ensures maximum accuracy and efficiency. This results in optimally temperature-controlled injection molds for stable production processes.

Milling/HSC-Milling

Our milling centers enable high-precision machining of complex tool components. Using 3- and 5-axis technology, we manufacture free-form surfaces, cavities, inserts, and mold plates with maximum dimensional accuracy and excellent surface quality. High-speed cutting (HSC) enables exceptionally high-precision finishes—a decisive advantage in demanding toolmaking. Using modern clamping systems and optimized manufacturing strategies, we deliver cost-effective solutions for complex injection molds.

Sink Eroding/EDM

Die-sinking EDM is an indispensable process in precision mold making. It enables the precise production of deep contours and fine structures—even in hardened tool steels.

We manufacture using graphite- or copper-based electrodes and, upon request, produce defined surfaces in accordance with VDI standards or high-gloss surfaces through gloss EDM. This technology truly shines, particularly when it comes to optical components and complex geometries.

Wire cutting

Using state-of-the-art wire EDM technology, we produce precise cutouts, contours, and the finest geometries. This process is particularly well-suited for hard materials and complex components that require the highest edge sharpness and precision.

Especially in the field of optical fibers and optical components, wire EDM enables exceptional precision in detail—a decisive factor for high-quality injection molds.

Surfaces

The quality of a tool is particularly evident in technically decorative components. Through precise polishing, texturing, and finishing, we achieve highly decorative and functional surfaces for visible and aesthetic parts.

From high-gloss polishes to defined EDM textures, we offer customized solutions for technical and optical plastic components. For special requirements such as etched or laser-etched textures, we collaborate with experienced partners.

Measurement

Our 3D measurement technology ensures maximum dimensional accuracy and documented quality throughout the entire manufacturing process. Using state-of-the-art measurement systems, we perform precise inspections of tool components and parts and generate detailed measurement reports in accordance with customer specifications.

This systematic quality assurance is a central component of our certified quality management system in toolmaking.

Qualification

We support your project all the way through to full-scale production. As part of the tool qualification process, we conduct testing, optimization, and sampling—including comprehensive documentation.

Upon request, we also provide on-site support to ensure a smooth start to production. Our goal is stable, cost-effective mass production with tooling solutions that are reliable over the long term.

What does a project with us look like?

01 - Initial Consultation &

Requirements Analysis

Together, we will clarify the requirements, objectives, scope, and technical parameters of your project. This will provide a clear foundation for further planning.

02 - Develop Concept &

Project Planning

Based on your component data and requirements, we will develop a suitable tooling concept and coordinate the next steps in the project.

03 - Design & Development

We develop custom tooling for your product—including a project plan, material approval, and professional project management.

04 - Fine-tuning

During the detailed coordination phase, the design, technical requirements, and outstanding issues are reviewed together and finalized.

05 - Tool Manufacturing

Production begins once approval is granted. Depending on the requirements, we use manufacturing processes such as wire EDM or die-sinking EDM.

06 - Tool Assembly

During tool assembly, all components are precisely assembled into a fully functional system.

07 - Test Phases / Touch-ups

During the testing phases, the tool is tested under real-world conditions. The results are analyzed, and the tool component is optimized as needed.

08 - Sample Submission

During the sample production phase, we test the tool under real-world conditions and evaluate its performance and the quality of the components. This allows us to identify potential areas for improvement early on and implement targeted solutions.

09 - Tool Handover

Following successful commissioning, we conclude the project with a final inspection and the handover of all relevant information. The tool is then ready for reliable use in your process.
